 Sharepoint databases movement from standalone SQLServer to CLuster SQLServer.

In our environment we have sharepoint databases on standalone SQLServer. We are using medium farm having one WFE, one application server and one database server.
We have planned to move all databases ( config, service,sos and content databases ) from stand alone server to cluster server for high availiblity. What will be the best approach to implement this task?
